Our Story

How We Got Started

Syringa Park was born out of quiet moments during one of the loudest times in recent history. During the pandemic, Darin and Lisa Doliveira spent their daily permitted walks exploring the vast riverfront paths of Avianto Estate with their children and rescue dogs. Those walks—slow, reflective, and surrounded by untouched natural beauty—planted the very first seed of what would become Syringa Park.

The Vision

Perfect Family-Friendly Venue

What began as a simple appreciation for the estate's tranquil, natural spaces soon grew into a vision: a place where families, food lovers, adventure seekers, and weekend wanderers could all find something meaningful. Not just a market. Not just a venue. But a lifestyle space shaped by nature, creativity, and community.

Today, Syringa Park stands as a celebration of that vision—an ever-evolving, multi-experience destination where outdoor leisure, local culture, and family connection come together in one unforgettable setting. There is no entrance fee to Syringa Park. However, MiFitness Kids Play Park and Epic Karting operate independently and have their own pricing and schedules.
