General Entry & Park Rules

Entry to Syringa Park is free of charge. However, right of admission is reserved at all times. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the premises without notice.

All visitors are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous to other guests or staff will result in immediate removal from the premises.

The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:

• Weapons of any kind
• Pepper spray or mace
• Illegal substances
• Glass containers of any kind
• Pocket knives or multi-tools
• Fireworks
• Outside food or beverages

Venue Hire & Bookings

All venue hire bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from Syringa Park management. A booking is only confirmed once a signed agreement and the required deposit have been received.

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date may be subject to the full venue hire fee. Any changes to booking dates are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all guests, vendors, and contractors comply with Syringa Park's rules and policies. Any damage to the venue or property caused by the client, their guests, or contractors will be for the client's account.

All pricing excludes VAT and is subject to change without prior notice. Right of admission is reserved at all events.

Food & Beverage Policy

Syringa Park is a fully licensed venue. To maintain the premium and exclusive atmosphere of the park, outside food or beverages are strictly not permitted on the premises. All guests are invited to enjoy our curated selection of on-site gourmet eateries.

For private venue hire, catering arrangements must be agreed upon in advance with management. Only approved caterers and vendors may operate on the premises.

Dogs & Pets Policy

Syringa Park is proud to be a dog-friendly lifestyle precinct. Pets are welcome on the premises provided that owners adhere to our Paws Policy at all times.

All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for their pets and must clean up after them. Any aggressive or disruptive animal may be asked to leave the premises. Syringa Park accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage caused by or to any animal on the premises.

Liability & Indemnity

Syringa Park and Avianto Estate, its management, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or death suffered by any visitor, guest, vendor, or contractor on the premises, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

All visitors enter the premises at their own risk. Syringa Park reserves the right to use CCTV and security measures on the premises for the safety of all guests.

Independent operators on the premises, including MiFitness Kids Play Park, Epic Karting, and Padelnation, operate under their own terms, conditions, and liability policies.

Photography & Media

By entering Syringa Park, visitors consent to being photographed or filmed as part of general event or promotional media. Syringa Park reserves the right to use such material for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation.

Commercial photography or videography on the premises requires prior written approval from management.

Amendments

Syringa Park reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of visitors and clients to review the latest version prior to their visit or event.
