Join our weekly 2.5km and 5km routes every Sunday at 7am — open to all fitness levels, timed with a once-off band purchase. Everyone is welcome, regardless of your level of fitness.
What To Expect
Weekly Routes for Everyone
Choose between our 2.5km or 5km routes every Sunday morning. Both routes are timed, so whether you're walking or running, you can track your progress week after week.
Timing Band
Purchase your once-off timing band for just R100.00 when you register. Band collection starts at 7:15am, with runs beginning between 7:15am – 7:45am.
