Family Fun Run, Walk and MTB Ride for Mental Wellness

Join us at Syringa Park at Avianto Estate on Sunday, 31 January 2027 for the Ebenezer Psychiatric Home Family Fun Run, Walk and MTB Ride for Mental Wellness.

Choose between the 5km or 10km Fun Run and Walk, or take on the 5km or 10km MTB Ride. Bring the whole family along for a morning of fitness, fun and community while supporting mental wellness.

Fun Run and Walk starts at 07:30, with entries from R100. MTB Ride starts at 07:00, with entries from R200. Children under 12 are welcome to participate at special entry rates.

Dress to impress, with prizes up for grabs for the funkiest outfits.
